When we receive your order, you will get a confirmation e-mail (so it's very important that you fill in the correct e-mail address). Orders are processed within a maximum of 48 hours (2 business days) after the order is placed. This DOES NOT mean we guarantee the parcel will be delivered within this time.  We have most of our products in stock, but some of them have longer delivery periods.  If you have ordered more then one product we will send what we have in stock first and then the rest will follow.  You will receive another e-mail when the order is shipped.

Returns must be returned within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned or exchanged. Products also need to be in original package. Exceptions: Panties, stockings, toys can not be returned.
If a product is technically defect, please contact our customer service.
The return has to be packed carefully, shipping costs are for you, to be send to: Indigo Entertainment, P.O. Box 59747, 1040 LE Amsterdam - with the reason why you want to return/exchange it. Make sure you get some kind of proof that you have send it to us in case anything goes wrong.

You'll get a credit to spend in our shop for returned goods
